Skill effects and sounds not right.

This might have been talked about before but i cant find any info on it, so if this has then please could u direct me to it so i can see if anything on those posts help me.

Sounds missing:
When i play the game and do shield skill i get the shield sound, when i do firewall i get the firewall sound, but when i do flamefield there is no sound for it.

When i run around the lands of mir theres no mob noises. Also when i get hit or i hit a mob theres no noises for it.

Yes i have clicked in option for sound to be on and i have played mir2 EU so i know what the sounds are that are missing.


Skills not working right:

Meteor and blizzard both every few times of casting will start the animation of the cast ie: my char lifts his hands in the air, but then the rest of skill animation doesnt happen and the skill does complete its cast and doesnt hit or damage any mobs. Its almost like a lag spike as the char freezes but it can happen like every cast or 1 in every 3 etc. I know its not lag as such coz it doesnt happen to any other skill just those 2.



I have updated via auto patch 2-3 times and hasnt changed anything.
So please any help would be greatly appreciated.

meteor and blizzard stop the cast when u get hit by a mob! this means that when u cast blizzard and a mob hits u straight away the spell wont be completed and u might not hit noone at all or just hit them for a few secs

the same happens to meteor! hope this is the problem your getting!

as for the sounds i'm not quite sure, sorry

probly missing some of the sound files check for all the sound files maby get some 1 to send u all the sound files u need on msn i wud only trust a mod with this but its up to u

Ah thx mstation this could be the case then i have done a few test since reading ur comment and it look very likely this is whats wrong.
