All black in OKS passage way

i was hunint with my guild in OKS passage way for the very 1st time but i noticed that there is no floor or wall and ever thing was black i could c the mobs but cant c where the wall r so i just keep getting stock if there is any one who can help me with this plss as i am at a lost
