Computer help (again sorry)

I try deleting folders but it says i need permission, hmmm off who its my laptop any ideas on how to fix plz ? p.s its windows vista if u havent guessed

Try logging on as the Administrator of your laptop. As an administrator you have exclusive access and full permissions on almost all your files.

Or alternatively give the user account your using now administrator privaledges but that opens up certain security issues.

If you have a file open, within the folder, it is likely to say you don't have permission to delete it.
close the file and then try

like he said make sure you on the main administrator account.

if that doesnt work, go into safe mode (press F8 just before windows starts) then try to delete

final straw use a program called killbox search the name in google. its a file and application killer it will wipe it no Questions ask
