About poison

Just started a Tao char, can somebody kindly tell me what does a grey/yellow/Green/Red poison does and its suggested application. Many thanks.

grey is green

yellow is red

green drains hp

red lowers defences

Grey / Green poison are the same thing, so is Yellow / Red poison. No idea why it was set out like this but you get used to it.

Its mainly your Base SC that effects your poison i.e:

Sc10-90 = Pretty crap,
Sc70-90 = Better poison/curse/bless durations.

Top end Sc is mainly the max damage you can achieve with Sfb attacks. Just saying this because many taos overlook the importance of Base SC and just try to get the highest Sc they can get.

And on the subject of poison. Does SC only effect the duraction of poisoncoud, or does it also effect how much HP is drained per second?

You'd be suprised. I don't think the support spells follow the same rule as damage spells.

i dont think that luck counts when u cast ac/amc/dc bless. also ac/amc/dc bless use base sc.

tragic as it is i've been playing tao for about 5 years and i never even tried getting good base sc
