when your leveling skills normally you can either get 1, 2 or 3 points each time you cast the spell.


a skill neck makes it work 3 times as good.

so instead fo 1,2,3 you actually get 3,6 or 9 points


it speeds up the skill leveling

With skills like Flame Sword I think it is, you only get 1 EXP per use, so 3 with a skill necky.

ATTENTION Pure: Hi there, I've noticed you said you have a skill necklace on your warrior. Just as a general rule warriors only level their skills MOSTLY at 1 at a time so when you level FlamingSword for example it only goes up by 1 and not 1, 2, or 3. Which means if you are using a SkillNecklace your warrior skills will go up constantly at intervals of 3 only.
