SprintItems can be repair normal?

Spring Items can it be repair normal?

When it goes down dura 0/5 or 0/6 goes red right? then if i wanted to repair it to NPC using the normal repair it is possible? I know it cant be special repair just asking if the item can be repair by normal.

i would have thought so, otherwise dura would be 5/0. i also imagine these items are like easter items which do not seem to drop dura massively when normal repaired when compared to other items.
