laggy mir

im havin probs playin mir without total freezes like every 5 mins or so. if i afk for like 2 mins for a piss i lagg out totally and have to re start mir.
i have monitored internet connection an no probs seem to be there,
tried runnin mir without firewall etc all other stuff closed still same.
i have done everythin i can think of includin restartin modem n router, virus scan, spyware scan, cleansweep, defrag etc etc......

any ideas?

p.s im on virgin media, OS win xp, direct cable modem to pc an wireless router connected

I have been very laggy also, thought it was my server but it aint as i have no probs with anything else.

im with virgin media aswell and i always get this wen i teleport =x
