Run auto patcher

Had this before but would like to know what is causing it

Ran Autopatcher on three PCs - one d/ls 23 and all good, another d/ls 22 and all good, third gives msg (KaoriPatchList missing or server down) and d/ls nothing.

Any idea what is wrong? I found file KaoriPathhList in a subfolder and was wondering if I had somehow put it in the wrong place and the patcher can't find it or maybe its boogared
