Low Rate - major changes

Well its been a long time coming but later this week Low Rate (LR) gets a much needed database boost with major change to over 200 items (see below for full list)

Low rate already offers the following
- excellent stable lag free server
- GMs online
- low exp by comparison to High Rate (HR) so server should have a nice long life
- no excessive stats so players level and stats differences are not huge
- low pk problems as the penalties for pk are much higher than HR
- smaller friendlier community that tends to help each other (rather than pk each other)
- all the mobs, maps, caves, items and provinces are same as on HR
- powerful pet foxes you can get by donating (50p each) amazing for levelling

But after the update, LR will offer the following (after update)
- huge item changes (see below - well over 200 improvements)
- item LEVELS reduced to match the CLASS of LR players not just 5 level bands
- items WEIGHTS reduced to kill that horrible problem of tao and wizz body weights
- the other item stats remain the same - all the stats but lower weight and level limits

After a few days of using the new items we will start adjusting mob strengths probably starting with Fox Cave, Prajna Temple and Frozen Temple for higher level players. However we need to test the existing mobs with new items/kits first and will be seeking your feedback about what changes to make.

The item database update will be done in time for a noon reboot on Friday (scheduled day) assuming all goes well. All the new stuff should then be in place for the event on Saturday!

I understand that Ares has some more good news about the event to be announced very soon. Saturday looks like being a particularly good day to start a new character if you haven't already.

(edit2) All booty bundles (hundreds of them) that weighed 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100 now all weight 1 and can therefore be stored on the noob store chars. (Note - I found multiple entries of stigmata bundles for bundles 70,80,90 and 100 which I have removed from Db. If this affects anyone tell me)

thats a good question - we might of got them backwards lol when either writing up the list or in the db (first time altering bits and pieces in there im glad to see not many other mistakes ) - im sure penny will double check when he sees this post (if he doesnt i will when i get home)
