Crafting Sets

Are all these items in the drop files? i.e. Whitegold set. Tempted to start the Pet Quest but as far as I'm aware; the crafting NPC doesn't work.

as far as i know all the items were 100% craftable on HR 8-10 weeks ago - but just before you do any trades open your bag and take a screenie of the ingredients in there just encase it ends up messing up so penny/myself are able to replace the items lost.

im am pretty sure that everything you need it good to go though - (if you heard somewhere that it wasnt working could you give me a link and ill double check the source of the claim )

How long can you keep them for and can you use them anywhere? I have a volatile modem which usually cuts off so will prob end up losing the pets. xD

Just checked the RedJade and WhiteGold in drop files and found none.

Can you list the Crafty things you want to see in game under the rolling list thread and I'll add them under the Things To Do heading for discussion and get to them asap

i maybe be totally wrong but i thought that you had to make the whitegold sets from white threads/plat/bugshells and whatever same with the other sets...
i may be well off the mark ive never done the quest

Yeah you do.
Could have sworn though that craft npc wasn't working. By the looks of the pet quest in the quest section of the forums; its going to take a looooooooong time to do.

red jade and white gold are sets that you need to make NOT find - the crafter should be just down and left of the safezone in BW to check what items are needed for each - i seem to remember the red jade set was Red thread, BronzeBelt, SilkBoots, +noob ring/breace/neckie

i completed the quest on the HR and everything is ingame and is possible to get the only issue that i had was the weight which we sorted with the Bundles being made wieght 1.

the Pets them selves last until the server is rebooted or you disconnect.

you actually get 5 sets of pets for completeing 1 quest (5 destruction scrolls) which can be traded at the Guard npc outside the palace in bw (that is an NPC called Guard, not a blue/orange Guard)


before level 62 you will end up getting 2 Playerguardians which have massive dc - 150-150 and look like King Scorpians (they hit the same speed as a KS as well)

all in all they are great pets to have but you really want a solid connection - if you dont have a solid connection you could try selling the scrolls to a friend and then making a condition of the trade that you get taken out leveling for a certian amount of time etc.

they are definaetly something you dont want to waste. (to give you some idea of the value on high rate the last time i saw 5 scrolls go up for sale on bulk someone paid 1bil for them, a couple of days ago those someone was selling them with a QS price of 300mil on there)

ill see what i can dig up about the npc - the last i heard Dave had the wrong requirements for the Hard sets - but i thought he corrected it before we got the files - ill have a look.

Ship mobs have no drop files atm though - I just checked

I used to get the redjade stuff in rme KR on HR and EC used to drop the whitegold stuff regularily aswell.

that was on 1.9 wasnt it? my thoughts would be to make red jade white gold and nephrite norm set drop but rare, like off bosses or hard mobs. i think im right in saying u need (H) set for quest and thats very hard to make ne ways so would just make i a lil easier
