Reboot tonight 6.30ish

The scheduled normal weekly reboot is tonight as close to 6.30 as we can make it. Several of the server database files have been changed and there is always a risk that a cock up will have been entered (my typing is famously poor)

You will not be able to log in after 6.15 and the sooner ppl log out after this time the sooner we can get the reboot done. For information (and i didnt know this till recently) it takes 10 minutes after the last person logs out for all the data to be properly saved so the last person to log is holding up everyone!

just got word from lapta through paintballer that if we reboot the War will infact be cancelled.

so im not sure what we should do.

1) Reboot at 6:30 - replace relic and resubmit

2) Have the war - Reboot afterward.

(i wouldof thought of a third option but im late for a train arrrggg ... runn )

reboot at 6 30 if a gm is prepared to replace the relic....
if not then just reboot at 9 when war over?
only problem with doing at 9 is that if ppl work all week and arnt going out on friday night some peeps see friday night as 1st chaance of the week to have a decent mir sesh as they dont have work to worry about next day

if u have access to files, cant you do reboot then alter the files to say you have a sw 2nite, or is it not that simple? sure ppl would understand puttin reboot off 4 sw, but would be fun if u did sw when i was on so i could come and fight with u guys 4 a laugh

I suggest we reboot at 6.30, get the relic refunded and have some fun on a night that most agree would be good for them. There is also a @ForceSabukWallConquest command that GMs can use but I have never used it myaself and would not want to risk messing nup the server suggesting nthat anyone plays with it. Lone is asking Lapta about that (via Paintballer) - cheers to all three
