Opinions On Global Shout

Right ok, HR only introduced massive requirements to use the global chat due to the fact it was spammed to death. Now, LR has a lot less players and lacks the meat heads HR is currrently full with. Not everyone views the forum and global shouts is currently out of bounds to most players.

At the moment is 10x ebony fruits, 100k & level 50.
IMO, it should be dropped to 100k & level 40.

If i can find out where the adjustment needs to be made, i'll change it. I'll try now

Level 20, 10k to use , major penalty for abuse and you can eat the fruit, its not needed
