Problem with Foxes

Mac suffered a lag out yesterday and his foxes were replaced using the ones from the GM room NPC. What seems to be 24 hours later they untamed and attacked him in RM 5th (real).

Lone is checking the script that make the foxes. He thinks he knows what the problem might be but in the meantime be warned that if you get (or have atm) a replacement fox from a GM for any reason, it may untame after 24 hours.

Lone has studied the issue and thinks he has fixed it. Got a 24 hour test running. If Mira is found not to have been beaten to death at 6.40pm tomorrow we know is worked!

The foxes seem to be having a mental breakdown.

In tests, foxes are untaming as random times for no obvious reason sometimes within just a few minutes of getting them.

Test continuing.

Punchline, dont trust them until we say they look fixed :-)

They were working fine, its something we have changed I think that is causing the problem

ino this sounds a really simple fix and u have probs tryd it allrdy knowin u lot but can u not just change the foxes bak to whn they were working with out changing anything else on the server:O?

lol if i had intentionally added a time limit i could understand prolonging the limit ^.^ buuuut lol i didnt realise i had (the funny thing is i double checked it in the staff section and made the small changes that they suggested ^.^ tbh i should of just gone with the first script that seemed to work lol )

all help is welcome lol - me and penny have experience playing loads of servers and loads of ideas but learning the scripting and the interesting random variations mir seems to throw in our paths seems to take a little time - we'll get it sorted

( theres something to do with the "GMEXECUTE Recallmob" causing the numbers after the mob name to mean different things in comparison to "recallmob" So im going to try making it nice and simple tonight so its easy to fix up *hopefully* )
