Had a little test of ZT today and it seemed too weak, DC raised 50% and ac/amc raised a bit too

RTZs respawn times increased from 30 minutes to 15 minutes tio liven the place up a bit

it was reduced to 30% of hr dc before and now has been increased by 50% or to 50% not sure. also rtz are bit weaker,
