How does String work?

hmmm im not quite sure how to make the string work by itself (like the gems/orbs - pick up , crtl, click method)- i could work on an npc script that could trade a piece of string and 6 items for a bundle of that item - i believeit should be fairly simply

if you could list a few items which would be nice to have bundled - i was thinking
Sunpots
Normal Pots
Benes
Super Gings

anything else you guys can think of.


(you might need extra requirements for the sunpots as they are part of the pet quest but we can work on that one a bit later )

How about the storm, impact and magic drugs etc? Not sure what peoples views would be on those, I would imagine they would be more useful for the lower levels than the higher..?
I know that when I used to play it was be a pain in the bottom having those take up a fair amount of space in your bag.

I agree with Ares, I tend to use impact and storm drugs a hell of a lot when Im leveling, would be nice to have them bundleable! :P

String is disabled. The SunPotBundles needed for the Fate sword quest are dropped by mobs in a particulalr map and those who have them either paid dearly or took a long time killing mobs to get them. Don't want to undermine their efforts or make the quest easier as the prize is awesome.

If there is a map with particular pots drop issues let me know and I'll tweak pot drops to compensate. The drugs mentioned (Storm etc) have never been on the bundle list to my knowledge but I can see it having a value. I once suggested being able to bundle gins and the like and got shot down in flames as it was said to give too much of an advantage so i know there are mixed views on this.

as long as it was a little cost to bundle them i c no problem. also maby be able to bundle L U n norm gems / orbs together mainly gems tho. this would b good cos store can get clogged with them
