Are the pets that have been allowed into the game as an "event" going to be staying here?

If so, are the higher level ones going to be changed to LR stats to match that of the players?

For example FrostTigers dont get touched by mobs, only certain bosses.

Numas, can solo DD.

I hate to think what Penny can solo with Cylons.

Which leads me to this, if Penny/KONG/Sydney can get 5 x 52+ plus pets to level 7, then they can solo 80% of the servers bosses, doesnt that make them Wizz/Taos? i.e Wizzards are meant to be fast levelers but struggle to solo alot of bosses, Taos on the other hand are slow levelers but can solo many bosses, with these new pets, Wizzards can now level faster than anyone else, and due to having 5 pets, kill more bosses than anyone else? Seems a bit strange to me.

they not that good mate, its only cos dd low ac. 5 lvl 7s cant event touch oks and took me constant ff n 5 pets 30 mins to do zt.... so tbh its about 20% of bosses not 80

well tbh as a taoist the pets will help out massively as a warrior they will also help out massively as a wizard they will also help but a wizard will almost always level faster without pets - using mass kill spells like Flame field - having 5 pets taking up spaces can often slow the whole process down.

At the moment we are wanting to see peoples opinions about the pets before changes are made.

Im pretty sure you are wanting them to be gotten rid of which is understandable :P means you dont need to think about tactics for next war :P, but personally i would keep them as frost tigers are better then my Deva/Shinny so im being greedy and want to keep them and it gives people something to continue working for through out their game life.

the mobs that are in the Pet rental will end up getting their stats changed when the caves that match them get their mobs changed ( the ones spawned from the NPC are a mirrior of the ones currently ingame) so it will only be a matter of time until you see some difference in them. But dont forget the mobs you are speaking about are high level mobs - so they are meant to be tough!

But that being said - whats wrong with having decent pets at decent levels - if you go out and level you will have the advantage of the pets as well - if you constantly rely on others to help level your character you will forever be wanting the higher level items removed or lowered.

Personally i want to be able to level my taoist in the free time i have and the pets help so i vote keep them ^.^ (Dont forget we can always increase the cost of the pets. i mean Mutant captians are 50mil!)

Only things those pets cant kill is OKS/EE/OL/EL ?

Out of the bosses being hunted regularly.

Exactly... which is why you would need a tao or a warrior, now that is null and void, thought this server was about promoting low pk to increase guild/group hunting? Seems those aims have flown out the window the last few days.

obe can solo all those bosses ne way and when u get a bit more slow so will u. if pets go then warrs get advantage back

RTZ is soloable by a lvl 40 warrior with decent pa/slow thats a subboss imo
WT Soloable by a lvl 14 taoist
KH Soloable Taoist/War with Foxes
EC - eats pets due to poison would be interesting to see soloed by a pet tbh.
RME -probably one of the easiest bosses to solo - Get foxes step throughh door turn round step out - rme dead.
IWT - Soloable by any class with foxes.
ZT - Soloable by a taoist with 2 pets

Sooo that leaves

DD Soloable by taoist with deva
OKS Soloable by taoist with deva
EE - not foguht EE but i assume if theres a wall its Soloable by taoist with deva
OL Soloable by taoist with deva
EL Soloable by taoist with deva

So i dont see why Taoist should be the only class to be able to solo bosses FOR FREE!

Numas cost 500k a go ( im not sure about the cylons)

But all the bosses in this game are soloable by a taoist the moment he gets deva and can find a wall.

its only fair other class get the chance to even though it does cost them money to be able to.
