Lone hinted in a post the other day (about heav belts) when I mentioned mine, and said I'd also been there for Pennys one, that it'd would be a while (1170) OKS's till the next one, Obe (congrats ) got one today, it just seems a bit flooded that 3 belts have dropped from the same mob in 20 days, is the rate defo set right? Just asking someone to double check, I know drops are weird, and we might not see one now for 5000 OKS, but would be nice to know the rate was correct for certain! (I know of cases where a 0 has been forgotten before! )

the drops all appear to be set right (its got correct drop rate and is well down the list in the drop file) it would appear its just plain luck ^.^

I was merely saying it would suck for him to kill so many bosses, finally get a drop and see 20 people with that item within the month.

Concerned me too when I heard a third had dropped but as i checked drop rates after the second one came into game I know the rates are sound, so just luck I guess.

Odd thing though, same was happening for me in Slave Cave. Drop rate on entrap was not very high but the ratio of entraps i was getting were just silly. Checked rates but they were good. I cut and pasted the book list around to reorder the positions and bugger me I got a spare of Devas drop.

I'll ask lone to post a staff section msg about drop rates and see if there is anything known about lists being in any way bugged in terms of what is favoured due to listing position. (Lone could you do that please?)
