To be fair me and Obe got one before aswell and asked if it was being changed, Pen said he would look into it, but obviously with the amount of things that have to be done, it could have easily fallen to the bottom of the pile, I'm sure changing an items stats only takes 3-4 minutes, and Im sure Penny would be more than happy to look into it, after all its something thats been ingame a while now, and defo needs addressing.

ive asked many a times for things like this to be looked at but penny says i just keep going on about wanting high lvl stuff to be changed so i can wear it

yes its high lvl, but u are 1 of the leading wars, if u cant wear than who can
dc200 is still high but more achievable, that sounds like a good requirement 2 me

same as adv fencing and spirit wind penny does knw about them but is very busy, he had said hed test skills last weekend but was very busy. hopefully they will be looked at this weekend

would be good if ppl made sensible suggestions on lvl and stats etc

i think devilwheel should be dropped from 260 to 200
and advfencing to be a level 50 skill

I'd say 200 DC to wear DevilsWheel,
AdvFencing 52 - level 1, 54 - level 2, 57 - level 3.

na sili think that abit high and penny said stats have to be changed on devil wheel
i dnt see why tho just lower dc to wear. and wacey i made a list of all the lvl 60 armours with neew decreased stats new devil wheel stats new lvl for books etc penny has a copy. it says on changes a rolling list. '' coppy is held of obelix's list not high priority''

Why should devils wheel have its stats lowered? There is only 2 ingame. Maybe lower the other uber items that there aren't many of aswell then?
