think the list of stuff u can exchange them for needs a lil look at. 8k for a hell/hev armour. by the time u get that many u will be 60+ in decent armour thats better than hel/hev arm...

i wouls sugest 2500 for armours and 2000 for the other hell/hev items.

i know a few of the big mobs can possible drop lots of tokens but if u kill the big bosses enough ne way ur gunna be getting nicer items ne ways (hope that makes sense)

yep atm it is. tokens came in during a lr event on friday. mr/hr gms might nick the idea though...

the idea is to have another reason to kill the bosses - by adding tokens into the drops you have a reason albeit small reason to go out and hunt bosses again.

the armours were set at such high prices because they are nice armours.

i understand your idea though - but have you actually killed any bosses yet? yesterday i got 9 tokens from 10 wts which took about 15-20 minutes to find/kill.

the idea is to give people encoruagement to play - a reason to hunt - a reward for spending time killing bosses
not just give out items :P if you want Heaven/Hell items on a plate you know where the gg npc is :P

the current armours are set to cost 8000 tokens and the other items will be introduced at 5000 to start with.

after a week or so - once i have had a chance to assess the drops from bosses i might reconsider the prices, but after only 12 hours it probably isnt a good idea to start changing things :P

Yeah Atm its just on the Low Rate QoW ^.^ go tell your friends and bring them to the server

i assume that sooner or later something like this will be added to the other 2 servers but thats for them to decide

imo i think its silly 8k for armour.... because the bosses that drop bundles of tokens are only killed by the high/hard lvl's in game anyway...but thats just wa i think......but good job lone XD

do you know which bosses actually drop bundles?

you can actually get bundles from Ghouls/EvilTongs/WoomaTaurus/IWT + many more NOOB bosses.

if you stuggle to kill EvilTongs/Ghouls tbh maybe this isnt the server for you :P

but seriously

Just about every mob has the chance to drop you bundles of tokens, and yes the tougher the boss the more likely to drop a larger bundle but the majority of the bosses on their will drop you at least 1 token EVERY kill. (theres a few that wont drop every kill - {OmaWarrior is set to drop a token at 1/50 so go hunt them :P})

as i mentioned previously - i wont be reviewing the prices until we have had time for people to actually hunt bosses

those that complain that they cant kill the bosses that drop the tokens havent tried them all

and as previously mentioned this is an idea to encourage people to go and hunt bosses not a plan for people to say ahh its pointless i cant kill the ones that give me the items uber quick so i wont bother...

Also this is the First wave of mobs to have tokens added More would have been added yesterday but i got interupted by the server error >.< (dam m2server)

i will be adding tokens to other mobs in the game mobs that are used to level with not as bosses.

something like 1/2500 drop rate for a WoomaFighter type mobs that sort of thing so even if you spend your entire life leveling and cant stand boss killing you will still be able to level on crap mobs and work towards getting a nice kit.


this isnt the end of Tokens - its only just the begining (we might event have more varieties of tokens being added to the game in the future)

:P So dont say you cant :P i set it up so that Everyone Can.

even those at level 1 can get pets and hunt omawarriors in castle G :P it might take them a Year to get an item but its 100% achieveable

Lol also the people that come out and say BUUUUT I KILLED 1000s of those bosses and it dropped me nothing can now literally be called liars when we check to see they have only got 29 tokens.

9 tokens in 15-20 mins!! umm killed about 12 mtk and got 10 tokens, not sure how long it took tbh, was doing some sort of drunken south park mir semi afk sesh lol
