Welcome to low rate.

It has been set up to give the average player quite a few months of fun (easier now tbh cos its been running a while and lots of highish levellers about with spare kit in stores) so you should find plenty of help as the players on LR are a really good bunch.

I recall some players (including some still playing) saying that a low pk server was doomed and the reality is its a real delight to play. I hope you enjoy your time
