New Feature for Low Rate - "Enhancement System"

Well i've mentioned it to a couple of people in passing and i managed to finish it, up to level 98 so it should keep us going for a little while.

After the Reboot tonight there will be a new addition to the server.

if you are a new character, as soon as you level up to level 2 you will be given a new menu to select an option from, every 4 levels after this (up until level 98) you will get the menu.

the menu will offer 5 choices.

MP
HP
MC
DC
SC

Once you select one of these options you will get the second menu which lists the various levels of enhancment available for that stat. from level 1 to 25

you will be able to select a new Enhancement every 4 levels.

each higher level will add a little extra of that stat to your enhancement when you cast them.

you are only restricted by your level!

you can Select MP when you level up to level 2, then HP at level 6, DC at level 10 and SC at level 14.

you can then hit the number 7 on your keyboard and you will cast level 1 mp/hp/dc/sc enhancements so you will see something like this in your chat box.

you can mix and match the different stats or you can simply go for one stat in particular.

For those characters that have already leveled up loads get ready for a stat boost.

to get this menu to display without leveling to one of the levels before simply type "@Enhance"

this will display the menu i spoke about above.

to stop people taking advantage of this i have add in a level restriction to the options, you must be equal to or higher than the level mentioned before

Heres the list of the enhancement levels, the level the player needs to be , the mc/dc/sc/mp/hp gained from the corisponding enhancement and the time of how long the enhancement lasts.

once you have selected your enhancements you will only need to press the 7 button to get them to become active.

there is no restriction on how often you can use your enhancement so you can continually cast it, it doesnt level its just a bonus for leveling your character.

enfact hold that thought i think i just found a horrible exploit >.<

lol i had set it so each enhance level was restricted by the character level so someone who was level 6 couldnt get the level 11 enhancement.


buuuut i hadnt considered that as soon as you manage to get to the correct level you could actually get each of those enhancements by going through the @enhance route

i've just added in another 25 quest flags (the system uses a total of 150 now :P ) but each time you choose an enhancement it then ticks of that you have choosen that level



also i was having a play with the goto command for the first time so now if you try to cheat and select an enhancement you should be able to get, it selects the lowest avaliable enhancement for that stat for you

couple of question i dont think that have been answered

how does this affect the ppl who are already lvled? can we go back and reselect what we can have??

Soon as you level up you will get the prompt box with the enhancment levels, you haven't checked the lower flags yet so by all means get the lower ones but you will be able to get the ones suitable for your level straight away I think.

If thats how it works, lone will be able to give u a more stable answer.
