you might find Hallu in the TM, im not sure baout the others though Do a shout in guild chat asking where they drop and you never know someone might have on sitting in their store.

(you'd be best off asking where you could find it, rather than asking if anyone has a copy the guild tend to prefer helping out those that help themselves {or appear to be trying to })
