Fox nightlights

Any chance that these can be changed.. I know for low rate that the other fox items are good for the level they are set to, but for a lvl 51 necklace, the nightlights stats are ridiculous bad, for all classes

if your going for class specific stats at level 54 the necklace its great - it also provides a larger light area then your regular torchs and is also orbable.

if you want a mixture of different class stats choose a different neckie.

What exactly is good about that for level 51?

heres a list of Taoist necklaces starting from 50.

Level 50 Necklace of Power DC 4-12 SC 2-10 MC 3-10 <---- Only dropped by Bosses, HellMobs,JTmobs
Level 52 Force Necklace DC 4-10 SC 15-19 <---- Only dropped by Bosses, HellMobs,JTmobs
Level 52 Youth Necklace DC 2-5 SC 7-14 <---- Only dropped by Bosses, HellMobs,JTmobs
Level 54 GreatBlueFoxLight DC 3-5 sc 6-10 <---- Only dropped by greatfoxspirit, Whitefoxman.


Bluefoxnightlight is only dropped by white fox men and great fox spirit, At a much better rate than the other necklaces.

1/4500 from whitefoxmen or 1/200 for the great fox spirit.

where as it ranges from between 1/1200 for the hard bosses all the way to 1/30000 for regular hell/jt mobs for the other necklaces.


so the chances of you getting the fox necklaces over the others i mentioned are much greater.

so in anwser to your question.


the base sc of the necklace is better than any necklace that comes before it ( except Hell/Heaven/Revenge which are all uber rare) in addition to the base sc, it has a small amount of dc to help with the hand to hand attacks, and provides more light than any torch ingame.


if you want better stats on your necklace Hunt for a better necklace, but when taking into account the rareity of the necklace compared to to the other necklaces out there, this is balanced.

i think you might be under estimating the value of Base stats over High end - which is something many people do.

i assume you mean the Requiem neckie which has less dc and 3 lower base SC?

yup if you at taoist going for SC the level 40 necklace is defo better - LOL i think not.


or the eye of sight which is dc 1-4 sc 4-8 and also uber rare? like i said compared to the rarity fot he other necklaces this is balanced, Stop looking specifically at one stat and look at the grand scheme instead.



a way to fix it would be to make every single item exactly the same stats, that way no matter what drops you would all be 100% completely balanced.

either that or you could try hunting different places?

I agree with both of u.

The Fox neckys DO suck, ive got 2 of each (Apart from the tao one) and can get better balanced neckys elsewhere. But i'll orb a few up put em on TM see if they go, as ill never use em.

Plus my coffers just got quartered by Shirls outrageously priced ZumaQRelic :P .... Hate you -.-... So cash will top me up :P

On Fox items, grats on getting some Advent. I clear the place (and mulitple clear outside KR) and so far have not had a single item drop (*sighs*). I think foxes hate me.
