Colour Change Difficulty

Just wondering if ne1 on the team has any knowlege about changing colours of items and graphics....

Ive seen many different items if many different colours on other servers...

If this is possble you could be onto a winner for the new Numa Armours.

Heaven Armour with different colour decals. E.g Green/Red/White instead of the original Bue.

Also could change the colour of the planned ( or suggested) Extreme spells, CHM, Unholy Deva and UltraBolt... To define it from the others. Make em diff colour so theyre distinguishable.

The guy i know who can do all this is - like everything else ive asked about - keepin his cards close to his chest and wont give things away to a potentially rival server, but ill ask anyway if no1 knows.

I asked Daz to take a look at this and it involves editting an unbelieveable numbers of individual graphics (a figure of over 1000 was mentioned for one armour). I have no first hand experience and if anyone knows a simple solution I am all ears. Meanwhile its down to sharing skins I am afraid as this allows us to put things in with ease (even if they do look a bit boring and repetitive :s sometimes)

Though if you was wondering how to do it - use an ImageViewer or a Wil/Wix Viewer for mir (KaoriMir on LOMCN works) import the armour to a photoshop of some sort - and recolour every stance.

Just to give you an idea, imagine how many stances their is - Hitting, Spellcasting, Running, Walking, Harvesting etc and theirs something like 5-10 different parts for each stance., (Side, side front, vack, diagonal right, diagonal left, diagonal bottom right etc..

i think there was something like 586 stances for a naked male character - going through running/walking/casting/dying/reviving/geting hit lol its funny to watch them all at speed.

if anyone out there fancys trying designing any new armours or items - im sure Daz will help you with getting the right programs, but at the moment i dont really have the time to try learning it, sorry.

we could always add some effects to the armours, like the ones that were on the halloween event armours. so it may be the same colour but with some different as well.
