We are doing a write up about LR. What would you say are its best features

For the Voting Website you get the option to give a Detailed account of your Server, our current write up is below - could you all please have a read and see if there are any features of the low rate that i have missed (its hard to remember them all when working on so many different things. >.< )

Originally a copy of the Popular High Rate server from Mir Revenge, The "Low" rate server has been taken over by Lone and Penny, 2 well known character from the world of Mir.

The server has undergone many changes to make it more fun at lower levels, lots of those little annoying issues have been removed, such as:-

*Armour weights Lowered so you can wear them at the correct level without needing to take of other peices of kit.

*Hundreds of items have had their requirements lowered, including Level requirements and Stat requirements, meaning what you could wear at level 50 on the high rate server, you can wear at level 30-40 on the low rate server.

*The EXP requirements have been completely reworked, to make leveling achieveable with only a 10% increase in the amount of exp needed per level.

*Penalties have been increase for PKers, they now face 199 pk points and 2minute removal time per point for killing another player, this has made a drastic change to the community by removing those players that simply wanted to upset other people by killing the players and stealing their items. We have been left with a helpful, friendly (most of the time

) Community which is set to grow as time progresses.

*The chances of dropping items from either your bag or your body on death has been reduced to also help remove the urge for people to hunt other people for items.

The Server has some great features such as:-

*Token System
You can collect tokens from all over Mir which can be exchanged for items, pets or even enhanced exp for extended periods of time.

*Enhancement System
Legend of Mir is an Old Role playing game, the enhancement system brings a bit of the modern day games to mir - the system allows you to select bonus stats to add to your character as you progress which will lead to a more varied experience throughout the game.

*EXP Bars
Exp Bars allow you to Double your EXP rate for a period of time, ranging from 15 minutes to 4 hours. These can be purchased with Tokens or can be found whilst hunting.
There is also a GameGoldExpBar which allows to you purchase a special exp bar which will increase your exp by 4, these come in 15, 30 and 60 minute bars.

*Rebalanced Pet Rental NPC.
The Pet Rental NPC has had its level requirements lowered, so you are able to get pets that actually survive in places designed for your level.

*Level Up Pets
As you level up to specific levels you will be awarded with some free Pets, these have normally been Fox pets, but on the low rate once you get to the higher levels you will start to received Boss Pets in place of the foxes.

There are to many features for me to remember, so why not give it a go and see what you think.

Great community
- (someone new to server stole a ring yesterday that was being drop traded and the player who lost it was shocked that we had a thief on the server). Despite the odd bit of guild macho chat and the occasional clash of personalities, LR is the best community I have ever played in.

Choice
- When I level and hunt I rarely bump into anyone else. Unlike servers where BDD dominates the levelling, hunting, there are loads of options on LR.

Structure
- There is help (pets) to get the RM quest and once this is done there is kit, caves and a reason to level up for all classes.

Exp
- Logically progressed. You fell that you are making progress at all levels. No huge level increases that destroy your will to keep playing.

Problem solving
- The server has actrive forum. If something needs doing, it usually gets done

Gamemasters
- Usually someone in game and if not, not long before they will be

Events
- Not many but good when they happen. The server does not need events in the same way as other servers as they is plenty to of kit to hunt for and plenty of choice about where to hunt.

Guilds
- several active guilds and new players are usually 'snapped up' as soon as their 'level 7' server shout goes up

Cheese
- great on toast or just when relaxing by the pool

Mir Revenge â€“ Low Rate

A welcome change to MIR players new and old. A friendly community with assistance around every corner. The Mir Revenge Low Rate server headed up by Lone and Penny have tried to bring new life to an old game and done so in a very succesful manner.

To ensure a friendly community the penalties for PKâ€™ing have been increased with a decrease in the risk of dropping items which you are carrying resutling in a friendly community where there is usually someone around who can answer a question or lend a helping hand. GMâ€™s are also usually available (currently Ares or Mira), if not you wnoâ€™t be kept waiting long and with an active forum community there is always somewhere you can turn to.

Low Rate now has progressive exp levels where it is clear to see that you are making progess at every level with new enhancement and exp systems to aid your growth within the community. Both Exp Bars (2x to 5x) are available through either tokens, drops or donations (optional). In addition to the standard exp boosts you also have the option of using enhancements to improve different personal stats in game which change according to level.

Mans best friend is also ingame, not quite a dog but the Pet NPC will give you little friends to aid you on your way and every 5 levels from 40 up youâ€™ll get some free friends to lend a helping hand (free pets renewable while you stay at that level).

Most importantly both mobs and items have been rest to a level where they are useable and effective to all levels, while still have those rare sought after items in game to keep the fun of hunting alive. A strong backend team developing new items, maps and mobs keep the game going for all levels.

I think its important to add any ingame problems are almost allways resolved i think i speak for everyone when i say you penny and the gms do a fantastic job of running this server and i wouldnt want to go anywere else or trade the community we have here on low rate for any other server!
