Map problem

Yo, I am having problems with the map files. I recently reinstalled mir and my maps are all over the place. I have no walls for various places like IT, JT and some other temples, so in these I cane see doors and it lags me badly. MY GT is completely the wrong map so I can't move in blatantly open spaces because there is stuf there, but my map doesn't show it.

I never had this problem with my last installation, but I remember there being a link to various mini map fixes etc.. I just can't seem to find it. The only map fix files I can find are the 3 for SW< GW and MW... Any ideas?


Edit: I have ran autopatcher multiple times and this seems to be problem with my files

Theres has been several problems with the GT maps. IT ect are new to me, i could only suggest that Staff make MAP FIXES a sticky on forums (As i know theres something like AutoPatch fixes everything for HR... Tbh LR Needs its own AutoP...)

However... Sticky for LR Map Fixes!!!

hr and possibly mr have received a different gt map to lr which is why yours isnt right.

it and jt lone isnt aware of having problems with before, he says to try and run the autopatcher again ifyour having troubles. (hes not heard of mr or hr changing those maps in anyway)
if the autopatcher doesnt solve the problem then could you write him a pm listing all the maps your having difficulties with and he will try and help. (i say pm as hes bound to pick it up where as in a post it may get lost amongst other things)

if your going to do the autopatcher again then you will have to download the map fixes again :S

With other bits and pieces (and an attempt to use maps and items that are already ingame) there hasnt been any progress on this front.

As soon as The pk vill, Gold Wep Quest, Hollywoods Quest, are sorted ill need to work on something (Shirley has her eye on doing a Noob Info NPC, Extend RedMoonSword Quest, Review the GamePoints NPC, Upgrade of Fate Sword Quest.)

So ill try and get Ants, Path to BugKing, Hell Operational.


On Topic - has this issue been resolved? Let me know any maps you are having problems with and ill try gettings copied of them uploaded and ready to download.

umm im on me new pc now, downloaded mir and doesnt want to work at all =(. click on the exe and comes up with windows installer or something and then something wrong with the conection path =s. ne one know ne thing bout this?

some kiddy i was chating to few weeks back and this type of problem cant remember what 100% it
was when u downloaded mir to new pc did u get all the right files ? as he had a new pc and downloaded
the game then it downloaded but the files werent there because he needed to update his java
