Scale The Tower and Get yourself a Statue

Tonight "The Tower" should be ingame and operational for you guys to use.

At the moment the only drops that are in the mobs are the teleport scrolls and some gold.

This is just for testing purposes, I want to make sure people can get to the top of the tower before i start putting drops on specific mobs and Bosses on every 10th floor.

So to encourage you guys to actually try and fight your way to the top of the tower. I am going to Reward the 1st person from each class with a Statue which will Display your character name, Character Level the date and time you manage to reach the top floor (it will be a statue based on your class so if your a warrior it will be a warrior statue)

it will be inside the Top floor of the Tower so anyone that gets to the top floor will be able to admire you even if you arent online

So if you want a statue at the top of the tower, make sure you have your running shoes on and see who can make it to the top first.

To Qualify for the statue, you must be on the 100th floor of the tower, You must have typed "@date" and have the time and date displayed in the picture so i can get a clear reading of when you made it there - i will not accept pictures with any edits on them.

ooh and 1 last thing - you must be alive! if you get to the 100th floor and you die you will need to do it again

At the moment its not amazingly exciting up there Hard Hitting monsters, When i know the tower works correctly (Tele scrolls and Spawns etc) Ill add in the other 50 mobs which should spice the upper floors up a bit (the boss skins are in the last 50 mobs )

you'll need to copy the maps into your map folder - if anyone needs help with this please make a post and ill dig out a guide for you


(the map is a copy of the WinterWonderland King room that the high rate have its 100 copies of it to save time and get it ingame quicker)

i have created alternate versions of 150 mobs ranging from bugbats to jinchoncaptians.

these are the mobs that will fill TheTower (hopefully fully populated by next weeks reboot)

the monsters get progressively harder as you go up the tower im intending on putting a boss type monster every 10 levels and a subboss every 5.

the only way to get up the tower is by hunting each floor until you get a scroll to teleport you to the next floor (these will be created for next weeks reboot along with the changes to the Qfunction file.)


So its going along nicely - but its not quite ready for use just yet

both me and meep on 5th taken me an hr get 5th never mind getting to floor 100th

Haha yeah, it takes ages to get through each floor if your lucky enough to come when mobs are alive. You can't log either so you have to spend about 25 consecutive hours to get to floor 100. Needs a solution ^^

Its only on test mode now anyway, so I'm sure the team are open to suggestions
