Players could connect after a short reboot, I was in game until approximately 10PM along with other players.
I am a little puzzled as to why you cannot get in game to LowRate when others can..I have just tried connecting to LowRate and I can get in game so the server is up.
All I can think of is that your problem is connected with your PC or files some how as you are the only person that seems to be posting that they have a problem connecting (usually if there is a problem everyone posts )

Without wanting to be rude, you are trying to get onto LowRate yes? your not selecting High Rate or Med Rate from the server selection?
