    Default Ingame Armour stats and New Armour Stats

    For those of you that have been on the server since it first came up you might remember when we start a lot of items were reduced in level as it was considered at the time that most level requirements of items were difficult to achieve. Since then the server has developed possibly further than we thought it would at the time.
    As we thought that the highest level characters in the game would be around level 70 or 75 the changes that were made to the level requirements for kit wasn't a problem. Now that the server has grown and we have characters that have achieved more than we had originally expected we've had to start bringing in new kit.

    Once we started looking into bringing new armours into ingame (as a starting point for new items) it became clear that stats didn't run as smoothly as it should do, what I mean by this is that there were large increases in stats between levels, so much so that it was alittle silly and actually made it quite difficult to bring new armours into game without them being ridiculously stated.
    We've over come the problem by adjusting the stats of a couple of armours in game making them more suitable rather than filling the game with maps with monstrously tough mobs to cope with over stated items.

    Sooo I lost count the amount of times that I rewrote these stats cos I didn't think they were right,
    the stats in this post will be the final stats for armours. Stats for other the others items (rings, braces, neckies etc) will be posted once I've had a chance to sit down for long enough to work them out.

    I've gone through all armours from level 1 to level 100 so have a browse of the following as this is what the stats will be changing to (If the armour you are looking for is not listed then the stats have remained the same, which tbh is most of them so don't fall off your chair just yet)
    I have not changed any of the stats for Heaven or Hell this kit will be remaining as it is as a “special set” if you are lucky enough to own any.
    I have also not gone as far as any BugKing, Devil, Mir or Mir Rev. These are some thing that if needed can be stated suitably for game now that we have a suitable base to work from, I would imagine that these items will be similar to the Heaven and Hell kit in respect to the being “special items” (Meaning better stats than the regular kit of the same level) but stats for these items have not been worked on yet and would need to be run past lone first.

    so i guess the kit i sent you is going to need a rethink ?

    also the newarmours for wizz tao and warr need to be abit more classed i say
    wizz with low ac than warr with higher ac tao in middle etc i know these are notes just on paper
    but thats my feeling from what i have read

    Hmm i think i would have to agree if we had Wizzy with more of an AMC focus and warriors with more of an ac focus, and taoists with a mixture of both it could be pretty good time to split them.

    why does wizzies need more amc focus than ac? what wizz accually stands @ the back now days and uses TB. every tom **** n harry wiz is usually in the middle FF'n

    The whole point of a wiz was to have a physically weak class with high magic attacks. Meaning that they would have to stand back and attack and depend on other classes to protect them (group hunts, does anyone remember them? )

    The way the armours and items in general are set up now allows a wiz to just kill whatever he wants. Most wizzes on this server will toe to toe any boss and use their weapon to poison and slow as they also have huge acc+ items. This will even out the field a bit because at the moment it is FAR too easy to do everything with a wiz.

    Yeah i have to agree to Dash and Cronus again Just because wizards can currently hand to hand everything and surivive in close range doesnt mean that is what they Should be able to do by getting the armours setup in this way will alter the gameplay massively and actually give the classes a bit more definition.


    (and if it all turns out to be a horrible mistake - we have backups of the database so we can always revert to the original setup if it doesnt work out )

    i don't see why this will go wrong tho its been that way for many a year !!

    will be nice to finally get Mir back to the way it was to be
