Thanks for the help Levi lol - anyone actually know? Looking on mir2resource the mabs don't seem to be the same (west of blood pass doesn't go to blood land)...

If you take the bottom cave from Past Bichon it is:

West Oma Valley 350:166 > Oma Valley
Oma Vally 368:140 > East Oma Valley
East Oma Valley 263:39 > Blood Gorge
Blood Gorge 272:240 > Blood Pass
Blood Pass 266:107 > East Oma Gorge
East Oma Gorge 257:366 > Blood Land

There is a top cave route, but I not been that way yet

When you GPS in you go down the bottom right of that map then on next map bottom right again. That'll get you to OK KR
