they hit to slow lak a lvl 34 with no att speed hits faster than tads.took them 2 mins to kill 3 ET mobs and thats just poop,tbh id rarther lag out than them hitting as slow as they do

They were far too overpowered to begin with, this is a good change. Unless you want no challenge in the game at all and want the pets to do everything for you?

Putting the Pets back in a state that lags players out is a little silly, if we can get them adjust so that they attack a touch faster as well as not lagging players out then thats problem solved, it just may take one or two adjustments to get it spot on. Personally I've not played around with them in game since their stats have been changed but will be willing to if Lone thinks its neccessary.

Out of interest - Did the changes take effect on reboot? (My memory is failing me today)

Well I've just been in game for a quick 5 minute play with Tadangas and after reading your quote I was imagining them to be pretty poor to say the least, I went to the very end of Evil Temple where the mobs are higher stated than the first floor (from what I remember) and the pets didn't seem as bad as you've implied in the post.

Now I'm being a touch vague in what I'm saying - Granted when you are comparing them to what they were like before, they are slower but they are still a very useful aid. The pets are not overly fast at killing if they are left to kill by themselves but combine it with your own attacking power then it will deffinatly improve the speed of you progressing through the temple as with any other pet.
In the few minutes that I was in the Temple I let the pets kill a small lure - roughly 15 if not one or two more mobs so with the timings that you have given it would be expected for the pets to take 10 minutes to clear those mobs, although I didn't time it they didn't seem to take half as long but I'm hoping to get in game later this evening or during the week to have a longer play with these and a better judgement as to whether they need an increase in speed.
