basically been trying to help dasiy the last few days as she cant get onto the server since the ip was changed..
we've tried
changing the server ips like suggested but that didnt work
tried giving her my server.ini and mir2.ini information and that didnt work
tried redownloading it and then changing the inis again and that didnt work

any suggestions??

Make sure you can ping the server to start from in a command prompt:

C:\>ping 193.200.158.165

Pinging 193.200.158.165 with 32 bytes of data:

If that's ok she must be doing something wrong... perhaps setup remote desktop so you can login to her pc and have a look?

ill try getting her to ping it later...also she can get on mr n hr so its not her mir.

Ask here to get the ping results and notepad showing the LR section of the servers file in a screenie so we can take a look. If ping works, you'll need to telnet to that ip on ports 7000, 7100 and 7200 to makes sure the fwall isn't blocking those ports (doubt it or hr/mr prob wouldn't work). It's most likely a mir server config file problem though.

not sure how telnet works!! so in cmd its what telnet server ip then port number or what??
