ghost items

just wondering if its possible to get a refund for pets when u get ghost items in bag?

if a gm sees ur pets b4 u log amd u log in and out to sort out bag and gm gives u money back for pets and sees that u buy pets again..

not very well explained but do gms think this would be ok?

In the past I've refunded players pets due to skills not working or ghosted items - Only if they tell me and let me see the pets before they log, and they replace the pets straight away after they have logged back on once the problem is solved.
