wwl and ant cave

Are WinterWonderLand and Ant cave in Low Rate. If yes where are they please? Do i need a patch? Have tried in Serpent Valley but bounce back off cave entrances.

ant cave is kinda minox cave now. (a copy of pt with the ant mobs in it)
