Present Box Bug?

clicked to trade a present1 earlier and nothing happened but it took the box, just done it again with a present 2 and afew days afo with a present 3

Every 1 is getting stuff from BdayBoxes like hell armour all I've had is loads of gp and a few tokens

same just happened to my war just opened birthday present1 an nothing.
is this a bug or do u just get an empty box now an then this is 2nd time its happened to me aswell has happened to sasha once.

It's a bug, he randomly steals boxes to annoy us.

I've now lost 3 present 1!!!!!!!! a present 2 and a present 3
