    Default crystal maze reopened

    crystal maze will be reopened on mondays reboot (im still in the process of getting bits sorted for it now).

    there will be a few changes some of which you already know about, to recap over what you already know, the angel and satan kit will not have any stats added to them due to the number of items that were flooded into game when the area first went live. these will be traded in for golden tickets the amount of which are yet tbc. im aiming to get the trade in done when you guys are busy testing the maps when they are reopened.
    for the golden tickets there will be new kit, crystal dome kit, you will only be able to get these items from an npc paying for them with the golden tickets.

    on reboot it will be in test mode before going offically live, there will be basic drop files and "test" exp (the exp will be good but once the mobs have the seal of approval the exp will be increased slightly).

    the group hunting areas will remain closed until the other maps are huntable.
    the challenge room will also remain closed until the maps are made offically live.

    new world will be changing, i think its unfair to have ppl tele into a map that has mobs that are meant for group hunting so these mobs will be given a new home once the 1st group hunting area is set up and live. this will mean a small new download for it but we will cross that bridge when we come to it.

    the mongen for the maps have not been corrected yet, theres a few errors in them when they were originally put in which i need to sort. once the mob stats seem ok for you guys then ill go about increasing the amount of mobs in the maps as there are a few floors that could do with padding out abit, i dont wanna do this until the mob stats are ok tho.

    the aim for the maps is to fit in between et and mino's.

    pls take into consideration you kit before you make your feedback posts, the only reason why i say this is cos i dont want to adjust the mobs to ppl wearing a number of devil / mir items as it unbalances things as most ppl dont have access to these sort of items.

    pls leave any feedback you have on the maps on this thread after reboot, any comments will be helpful aslong as they aint spamming (this means you sable :P)

    haha only joking, are the ares still going to be aimed for each class and one grp one? i reckon ull get much less of a headache if u just make all 3 different instead of one for each class cos me cronus spent hours testing and it was a nightmare.

    also i did all tests in full heaven kit not with devil n mir items, the areas were made tough cos at the time the stats on the items u got as reward were uber but then mir n devil items got their balls lopped off so whole thing went tits up hardness wise. not really sure where im going with this post so ill stop lol

    it shoudlnt be mush of a night mare this time just cos of the fact ive based it stat wised around other caves ingame, once you get the base right things tend to flow much more easily, atm there are still 3 caves one aimed at each class.

    if all the testing was done in heaven kit or normal kit (ie not mir/devil) then i really dont see why the stat changes on the mir/devil kit would have resulted in things going wrong and the caves being much to hard and need restating, but it dont matter now really tbh im just blabbing away ive only just woken up ><

    and im well hung over, infract really between us i cant see much constructiveness going on.

    my point was that stat reduction on mir n dev kit aside caves were ment to be nails and hard work cos at the time the stats for angen n dev kit were uber uber uber but oh well, not sure where im going with that

    i think problem with making caves for each class is that it tends to be eaiser for wizzies n warrs to just go own the tao cave. only way i can see it working propperly and fairly is if u can only go in a certain cave if ut that class, but then thats got it problems. oh well sure it will be sorted and looking foward to reboot

    some of the areas were tested in full devil kit.. i remember that yoof did the testing for the war section so thats why that place was so hard.

    i see where you coming from and thats crossed my mind, we'll see how it goes after reboot after a few ppl have gone into to test it, i can make it so ppl are limited to their class caves or make it so difficult that it forces classes just to use their own caves. ive done my best to make them class orientated but letting ppl enter all caves, im a little uncertain of what ppls comments might be in the mob stats tbh. id liked to try and get ppls comments on all caves even the ones that aint aimed for their class just to get an idea of how its all doing.

    ive changed the drop files today so if the pot drops are too low or too high then let me know and ill change them.

    im gonna try and do a few run thrus on my own chars when i get a chance, but letting you all in at once should hopfeully get it fully open quicker

    the new world spawns have been halfed, the mobs are at the old mob stats so please ignore them for this week when it comes to the testing, all other info like drops and exp have been changed for these and will be the same as in the other maps, ill go in game in a few mins and reopen the npc's
