There is no option on the quest npc to make one

seems like i missed that one on the bundle option, ill dig out what it is thats needed to make it and put it in for you

now all I need to do is run around like a noob looking for CannibalPlants, then haverst them to collect 100s of fruits

the token has been added to the npc along with a couple of others that were missing, the rms quest tracker on the npc will tell you what you need.
