if youve found yourself in pk vill without a pk chip its cos you have been pking and teleported to town.
if you dont have a pk chip you can only get out once you are white again.
gm's will not tele you out and other characters cant.

if you want to get out wait until you are white.

other ppl who have got in there have teleported thru the tele man in bw and therefore have a pk chip, as they are white when they go in and pk vil is a free for all pk area they can tele out with their pk chip when red and the points will be removed from their char.

if ppl listened to what i tell them they would be out by now.
