cya lr, u try suggest things and ppl who have the let the power go to thier heads just steam roller everything and think that they know best. rly cba ne more, sick of it

never said wantted the pets to lvl me so no idea where u got that from. pets r there to aid u. if they become more a hinderence than an aid why bother with them?

edit: and no this choice has not been made just cos of that pet thread b4 u try get all high n mighty and say im throwing toys out of pram cos had idea n thread rejected n locked.

the problem for me is that the poll suggested that i wasnt interested where as no one had actually said anything to me but i had to try and bump into these comments ingame which tbh makes me feel like its pointless spending so much time updating when if theres problems with it they dont come to me but saying useless comments to other ppl ingame, im the only one that can change things and benefit everyone for doing the work but if i dont know then your left with things that you feel are useless. yeah coming to me and saying updates need another tweak isnt great but i am all but human and still get things wrong from time to time by mistake or have missed out a factor that i should have thought about.
id like to think that most ppl that say anything to me feel like i actually take the time out to follow up what theyre saying rather than ignoring them. yeah i get abit moany sometimes when other ppl do but it doesnt stop me taking on board what your saying if you actually have a valid point.
what i understand is that when the pets had their stat chop the only thing that was actually changed was the hp, when i did my change to the pets i actually undid some of the hp cuts and increased a few again so that the pets still got better as you leveled. i actually changed a few other stats none of which included decreasing the ac or amc. The changes that were made were still better for some pets and not so great for others hence the balancing it out.
all in all this wouldnt have happened if you came to me in this first place and maybe even the pets would have had an adjustment.
like i said its difficult when some one says their fine and someone else says their not. something your doing between you must be different.
tbh editing the thread to have the final dig isnt a great approach and will only make things worse.

its not a case of viewing donators as a headache, like i said in the last post ive seen ppl moan about something ive added or changed not to me but to other ppl that are just players that cant do anything about it like you did with the pets yet you dont come and talk to me directly about it which causes me to have abit of a moan at home which then gives lone a headache.

the thing is if i got a moan or complainet about something i dont think u should have to hear it all.... i dont want to cause headaches. i wantted to see if other players had ne feelings about the pets. if i had gotten ne support from players agreeing with me then i would have come to u and spoken about the pets.

its all very well n good running a server on stats but things need to be tested out loads to see if the stats realy work.

im sorry i didnt bring issue striaght to u but really didnt think lone would react the way he has done about a poll asking for other players ideas on stuff

lol @ the mature comment coming from the guy who goes out gets pissed, is too immature to drink a pint of water before he falls asleep so he has a hang over, comes to the forums complains about something starts a pointless arguement almost gets himself banned and then apoligises saying sorry i had a hang over. (countless times)

as we have always said donaters get treated exactly the same as non donators.

and yes you are a headache.

and this isnt being 1/100th of how immature i could be ( i just thought the level or the post mirriored how mature your post was - after all Saying "No im not throwing my toys out the pram" when you clearly are doesnt do you many favours.)

and you really wouldnt like to see a Power Hungry Immature Admin with a headache especially not me

thats great yes but i cant physically test every single thing thats put in the server without taking time to do it. with a massive list of stuff to do and trying to get it all in a weekly update every week its just not possible. with ppl constantly posting asking whats going in on reboot and not getting a great response when having a weekend off its bloody hard work.
things dont always have to be a moan or a complaint just a simple can you take a look at these or come and watch me for 5 mins with these pets would of done.
ive told ppl that ive just not had the time to play with the pets myself but i do try my best.

ne ways back to main point

i didnt want a massive song and dance about this. simple feedback from other players would have been enough for me to decide if it was worth saying nething to u cos i know ur well busy with all the server work

oh and for the record with this whole pet thing, it has been brought up in the past and i think it was lone that said straight up no it wasnt been changed.... thats when i suggested a price reduction..... only wanted to see what other players thought.
