2-3 weeks until the coder is expected to be done (could be a bit longer, could be a bit shorter, all depends on how much work he comes across), we can't make the server live until then, but it might be Beta-ready sooner than that, it depends on what he gets done first. Considering we want things better in the long-run than the short-run, we don't want to rush him. :P

Sek's been overworking himself to get everything fit and ready the second he's able to. He's much better at preparation than I am, my strength is doing things on the fly (ie at the time). Soooooo basically everything that can be sorted, has been so far, all credit to Sek.
