I've had a lot of catching up to do, including where my account had gone, so that was fun (it got deleted by accident when Cron's were being removed).
I've spoken to Vicky and she's said we can now tell you what has happened (not sure why we couldn't, but anyway); Hollywood left Extreme, Jamie gave Extreme to Cronus who ran it under the name of Juice, he was meant to run it for a month (or however long it took for Evo to get up and going) at which point someone else would of taken over. Instead he took a lot of money (we're talking £1000+) from donations without telling Jamie, who was paying for the server costs (in addition to an upgrade) out of his own wallet. Jamie found out, gave him a chance to explain himself, the explanation was weak to put it politely and thus Juice aka Cronus is gone.
How does this affect you, I hear you ask. Well unfortunately as I touched on, Cronus was only going to be running Extreme until Evo went up, because he was also Sekhmet. The idea was that if he ran the server under that name, he would then have weeks (maybe even months) of "I have this problem on Extreme" when it would be nothing to do with him, unfortunately that didn't go as planned, now we're missing a second server runner for Evo.
This is where the good news comes in.I know someone that is trustworthy and most importantly, not driven by money. Prov also knows and trusts him and anyone who knows Prov, can tell you he trusts very few people (he's a tight git, but we love him for it) to the point that it would mean more than personal loss for him, ie running a server. Said person is very good with server work (loads better than Cron/Juice turned out to be) and will be helping out over the next week or so, if we're all happy with him, he'll stay. So please make Cerberus feel welcome.
I'll be very busy today as I have a mountain of posts to catch up on and ideas to bounce between the three of us. Hope you're all well and haven't been misbehaving in my absence.![]()
