I'll explain, as that was rhetorical.

Closed Beta is there to test, tweak and balance things, as well as to make sure everything works. Closed Beta could take a few days, a few weeks or even a few months, it all depends on what's found and what isn't - As things are going, it's much better than I had hoped/expected. Cerb and Ren are a sick combo that get things done very quickly and crank out new ideas by the barrel full, so yeah things are getting done quickly.

Simply put, no-one can tell you when it'll be done, as someone might find a problem 3 minutes from now that result in 2 weeks of extra work being created.

Oooookay, firstly we'll go with 24 hours to cooldown, I'd give you more but I can see why you got wound up, so we'll count this as more of a "Go away and calm down" rather than "You're being punished for being abusive".

As I/Cerb/Ren have mentioned at least a handful of times between us, there's been a lot of set backs with the 2.6 files and that has nothing to do with us - We're more anxious to get them than you or any other player is, seriously.

As I already explained, the Closed Beta is up and running and is going well, but as with any Closed Beta I can't tell you how long it's going to take, if nothing at all goes wrong (near enough impossible), it should be done in 1-2 weeks... This is an utterly pointless "ETA" though, as it's very likely to take twice that long, as mistakes are discovered and new ideas are made.

Unless I'm mistaken, you were Zues on Extreme? If so, then yeah I know you and I'm not surprised in the least by this outburst. If not then no, I don't know you and you don't know me - I'm not being paid to do this, yet I'm here helping and I get abuse after directing you to the fact that Closed Beta is running, sounds fair to you? Doesn't to me.

I think you should stay on your beloved new server.

The only comments I've made about the set backs are that they've happened (can't do much when a Coder decides 53 days in to a project he's not able to do it all, even after he quoted it at 30 days) and that our first Coder was a waste of space, lol.

I "lashed out" at DiciWales for asking the same question that people have asked a dozen times in the last month, and have been answered a dozen times over of basically "We don't know, we can't predict the future, wait and see how it goes", except now we have Closed Beta up and running (which he hasn't even asked to be a part of) which has already got a nice chunk of gameplay already sorted - But as I already said, a bug/problem could appear any minute that could set us back weeks, so I have no clue and neither do Ren or Cerb on how long it 'will' be until it's live.

I'm not sure where Ren's thread went, but he made one after I said to him how bored I was of repeating myself, something like "How do I get on Evo?" and the first bit was "Wait until it's online", lol.
