There's a list of possible issues, the most likely one is something to do with the Servers.ini file - Put the following details in place of one of the servers that you don't play;
ServerName=Evolution
ServerAddr=193.200.158.205
ServerPort=7000
SelectServerAddr=193.200.158.205
SelectServerPort=7100
GameServerAddr=193.200.158.205
GameServerPort=7200

If that doesn't work, reboot your computer.

If that doesn't work, disable your firewall and try again.

If that doesn't work, disable your antivirus and try again.

If that doesn't work, post here and list if you're able to connect to the other servers or not and what operating system you're on.

Final step is to delete MirRevenge (if you're from Oasis/another server and haven't replaced the files, it's very likely this is why you can't get on), download the autopatcher, unrar it, put it in a folder and run the autopatcher, it will download everything from scratch and connects up to 1.5 mb/s (mine normally goes at 1 mb/s), so should only take 30m or so on a decent net connection.
