Today showed there's some really immature people on the server, when we get crap along the lines of "You're spawning easier things for them" for a group killing event, it gets rather silly - It's not our fault that one group came with 8 or so members all on Vent, potted and kitted to kill whatever was thrown at them and the others came in a group of 6 or so and ran around like headless chickens.

Seriously, we aim to do 4-5 events a week (or rather, event nights, as sometimes we do a few minor ones), the only reason tonight's one happened was that we've had so many people giving "It was great" feedback about CHoDE - He's had flu recently, so is understandably not feeling great, he decided to do a CHoDE as (I think he secretly enjoys it and) funnily enough, making our players happy makes us happy, to then get endless crap about "Oh it's always group events", "Oh you're bias", "Oh it's not fair" and so on... Do you really think either of us feel inclined to keep on spending an hour or more out of our day to do events to be told they're unfair/crap?

There won't be an event tomorrow (friday), as there's the reboot that will bring some more new caves in, in preparation for people hitting RB2 (yes, we really have spoilt you for choice at 250+), SW is going going ahead on saturday and I had a bloody nice reward planned for everyone, assuming it went well and wasn't a whinefest, but after tonight, I do wonder if I'll just get whined at for doing it. If you want to keep on having events that benefits everyone involved sooner or later (the two major guilds have won a EvoHeaven item each), quit the bitching when it's down to your lack of players/ability/communication.
