Because you can't solo group bosses any more?

It's always been intended to negate regen, until it's possible to make it do exactly that, it still does a decent job of it (it negates roughly 90-95% of the regen of most bosses), it does the same damage half as often to players and lower hp mobs, which is exactly what it's meant to do.

Tao's are still bloody great, if only for red poison, blesses and healing they're very worth the spot in a group.

you all complain about how taos poison hurts and dog hurts to much, in that case wizzys FF is way to OP aswell as bliz, wars tdb is a joke, and FS is to OP!

taos poison was the strongest attack we had, sfb is wank get enough amc/mr and then were fked

That's the idea, group bosses are, surprisingly, for groups to kill.

We don't want one player able to run off to a KR, find one of the hardest bosses currently ingame, poison it once every 5 minutes and run off, watching tv between this and having a good chance in getting a bloody awesome rare. The reason you see EvoHeaven items drop from the top 3 bosses ingame, are because they're all group bosses (not saying they don't/won't drop from solo bosses, but obviously rates on group bosses are tonnes better to reflect their spawn timer and difficulty ).

i dont disagree with me killing group bosses solo but mtq aint a group boss when i can get there solo!

i found that a taos poison was the main way i would kill any boss, now what? i have to get a group together?

It's a group boss, just because you can get there solo doesn't make it any less so, it just means your EEPet clears PT KR with you impressively quickly. I could run to EM solo on Euro, that mean it's a solo boss?

You know some of the items it drops (actually you know most of them now), if you think that's fine for a solo boss, then I think you need to learn the definition of 'Medium Rate', lol.

Tao's aren't built for soloing bosses (you still can, but it's not your major strength), once you've levelled Deva up, you'll find you can still kill bosses that a Wiz can't, whilst solo. Poison will work 10% one way or another, depending on the boss's hp - If they have fairly low hp, you'll do roughly 10% more damage than their regen, if they have high hp then you'll do roughly 10% less damage than they regen - This changes as your kit increases, obviously.

Everyone knows green poison isn't mean to solo a boss, it's mean to kill the regen, which is now what it does, give or take a small amount of damage.

Tao psn has been OP since beginning of server should be lucky it only just got changed and not a week ago or so...

just remember Taos are meant to be a SUPPORT class not be able to do everything themselves... red psn and green psn still gunna hurt at end of the day.. just not as often..
