Quests

[Cerberus]

A few people have been asking for some more quests, the best way for you to enjoy the new quests is for you to help make them. So leave some quests ideas here and you never know you may find yourself doing you own quest ingame. Any quests that are used will receive a reward.

All you need to do is write the basic premise we will do the rest.

I did have a really long quest that i wrote up for a m8. But i reformatted my pc.

Basically it involves a multi floor cave. I dno how many floors cc has

But it involved rescuing the chieftan of a town. Then making a weapon to slay an ancient beast and claim your reward of the town. Thats the brief outline.

To clarify, this is the kind of thing we want to see;

Greetings <username>, I was chopping down tree's in the nearby forest, when those pesky oma's
attacked me, I managed to fend them off, but one of their heavily armoured warriors was
able to knock me down and steal my axe! Go get it back for me and I shall reward you
well.

Go kill OmaWarriors, 20% drop chance on the axe, awards 1 quest point.

The final line is a note to the person writing the script, so they know what to put in to the NPC's script and drop files, the '1 quest point' is from the daily quest system I plan to put in at some point (if you'd all slow down levelling -_-); 1 for a basic quest (something you can easily do solo), 2 for a more difficult quest (something you might need 1-2 people to help you with) or 3 for a hard quest (something that you would need a few people to help you with).

Sounds like a good one we could put in for RB2, Beh.

sounds like a good idea, but maybe have multiple npc's in kr's across mir that need rescuing.. getting a quest point for each like prov mentions below, starting from the noob caves, maybe get an item piece as a reward, which can then be exchanged in BW for an item relating to their class.. more points, better the reward.

I doubt it, I've wrote literally 30-40 all along those lines, some are a little more in-depth, can't remember seeing any quests on Euro other than RME + FateSword quests, lol.

rb2 quest from 180-250 (more of a group event)

the npc in pi (talks about the bottomless pit)

instead of the whole "im a nice npc i was robbed" make this npc kinda "evil" like a guy back in jack the ripper days down a backally

something along the lines of, "i was the village chief of PI, but i was a GM on evolution and i gave items away for free and got called corrupt, i managed to make an elite armour but before i had time to finish it i got outcast from the village and all my pets was banished to a cave where they can never escape. the armour is nearly finished i just need a few more ingredients. Can you help? i will reward you with this armour just so my name can live on!

Collect 200 CoruptSouls (from mobs in CC) 25% drop rate from all mobs (not CL)
200 JinchonPieces (these are easy to get and makes collecting them worth it again
1 OmaKingSpirit Wing 25% drop rate from OKS (maybe have the armour have the wings effect?)
1 CoruptLordBone 25% drop rate from CL
2 JinchonCaptainScales 40% drop rate
1 MTQ Heart 50% drop rate (as this boss takes the piss to get to and spawns are fudging to long!
1 MTK Heart 10% as there are 2 every RS
1 AnicentCrawlerHeart 30% as he is a sexy boss

reward = CoruptArmour level 220 to wear (have to be rb2 if poss) stats slightly better then AnicentArmour and have luck+1

I like that, will need to make slight tweaks/additions, but it does most of what I said to you about having one doing (going to old caves), will add JT and PB to that list.
