HA(M) and OK.

Firstly, abuse/winding one another up will result in infractions/bans, so keep it clean.

I'll explain the facts, before people start spouting abuse.

I did a large level 200+ spawning event, DeathCorner was packed out and had tonnes of bosses in there, one of which was an OmaKing The following is what numerous people have all said - This was killed by Sakura and his group (I have no clue whether Advent/Zodiac helped or not, but it's besides the point), Sakura got the exp and died just as OmaKing did, it dropped HA(M), which Shezle then stood on, Advent walked over, repped him off of it and took the armour.

Unfair? Yes. Harsh? Definitely. Am I going to take it off of him? No. Why? Because I enforce two rules in my events (you've ALL seen I enforce these); No PKing unless I've previously said it's allowed. No standing on drops that don't belong to you, if you can pick the item up, it's yours to take, if you can't, you get off of it (or get tinged).

Advent was able to pick the drop up, therefore one of two things happened; Sakura was the one who 'owned' the drop, but as he died, it became free-for-all ~ Shezle was stood on the drop for long enough that Advent was able to pick it up (I was given this impression by a member of Genocide).

I appreciate Genocide are really wound up about this, which is fair enough, but look at it from my side; Advent picked up a drop that he was able to, how am I to say "No you don't deserve it, even though the person who got the exp died and therefore wasn't able to pick it up"?

Your a **** gm then TBH, ANY gm with those 2 rules should extend the drop jumping rule what happened today.

I didn't even have a chance, and no zod helped me i was running all the way up and down map with FW i ran into another OK that (zod) was killing which walked into my FW and hit me (other OK just died and hit me too) so obviously i died, i made sure a guildie was on my drop and logged assuming he got not knowing that a faggot (won't name) but he's a complete utter wanker)

stole it by repping guildie.

I personally would have allowed zod to have got the drop if it was theirs. But it was mine.
This is different from PK if i drop an item in PK I don't mind, cos it was dropped by my mistake, unlike the drop of a mob.

Shezle refused to pick it up by abiding your rules. He was waiting for conformation. Advent however, repulsed and attempted anyway - and got it.

harsh? yes. Unfair? yes. Why should it be taken off advent? because he's a person who clearly has no respect for the rules - unlike shezle, of which it would of gone to anyway...

I take it you don't reward those who follow the rules then. Well, that's me out. Frankly I think I've wasted my time here as this isn't the sort of **** I was expecting. As you can imagine most of genocide are pissed off too, if they leave too then fair game.

I always thought that if you kill a mob and died before getting drop, the drop is a free for all, if Advent could pick it up, why didnt Shezle? Either Advent got some exp and can pick up, only sakura got the exp and shezle had to wait but got wtfpwnd by Advent or Shezle had no room in his bag?

Ouch on Sakura i would be raging irl but just think you didnt gain/lose anything so your still in the same place as you were before the event

You're going to call me a **** GM? Do you really want me to bring up what kind of person you are? Keep your mouth shut on personal insults unless you're willing to take them back.

We've just tested it (and will do it extensively if you want it), upon dying you don't "lose" the drop, meaning either Advent got exp, or it took over 2 minutes for you to get grouped or get back to the drop (the second you pm'd me, I recalled you), meaning the drop was free for all.

As I've already explained, I ting people if they're on a drop that they can't pick up, by that rule Shezle should of been tinged as he wasn't able to pick it up - As Sakura took so long to get back, it would of become free for all meaning whoever picked it up, would of kept it.
