Just a suggestion:

When we get the new server files, will you be bringing the Assassin class in with them?

From playing 4H and reading the forums, it seems like alot of people have issues with them being either overpowered or underpowered.

I think its hard to find the right balance for them, and IMO they would ruin the server if they are brought in.

Anyone else have a view on this?

Honestly, it doesn't matter what anyone's view is, unless literally 90%+ of active players want them, neither Cerb nor I want to touch them - Each class has a specific niche, Assassins don't, without having the proper time and planning to create one for them, they're not coming in, anyone that thinks about it properly would agree that bringing in a modified version of a Warrior with different spells/skills is A) Going to break game balance and B) Going to require a lot of work and changes to make them viable before putting them ingame.

Yeah, assassins were why I quit FourHeroes. They have the best of all classes....A clone which hits with same DC as the original player, a skill that gives more or less max speed, agil and accuracy, they have hide like a tao + a skill that poisons things. They are rediculously unbalanced whatever way you look at it. I really hate the addition of assassins. Ruined what was once a great server for me.

We've been planning for a month or so now, that we'd split their skills among the classes, there's some 2.6 skills that Wiz's get that make them rather overpowered, so it's ideal to give the Assassin's skills out to Tao/Warriors (as well as giving Wiz's something more), but that's plans to be decided on when we know what files we're getting.

If Jamie decides to let us use his, well I don't like bad mouthing other servers, but gf FourHeroes - The ones Jamie/Larry (the Coder) got working... You wouldn't know it's a 10 year old game, lol.

Tbh though assassins really are overpowered

lvl 40 on a wizz an assassin was 1 hitting me with a sheild up with that move thats like hellfire.

So yeah dont bother with them. :P
