After having someone who gave their account away (apparently said he'd want to return, though I've no knowledge of this) and now wants to return, we've always said if you account share you get zero support.
However, I'm not the type to always assume I'm right or my opinion is correct, so let's see what people think, if the majority vote for a change, then I'll discuss it with Cerb, votes don't mean a change, however a high number voting for change (regardless whether they win or not) will warrant a discussion.
Option 1; So as it stands, if you share your account (or have let someone on there), you lose our support from us - If you trick us in to resetting an account's pass or there's excessive arguing, we ban the account until you can resolve the issue amongst yourselves. It's very easy, however it is also time consuming, to check IP's that have logged on to an account - So if needbe, we can easily see that you've account shared.
Option 2; The other option is that the account creator is the account owner, therefore if they can answer the email address or phone number that was left in the contact details, they can reclaim an account.
Option 3; A slight variation is that whoever can answer all of the details correctly (we encourage you to put in a real/non jumbled details, for this reason), will reclaim the account, regardless whether they made it.
