How extreme do you want extreme to be???
Extreme!! But you really can't have LOADS of rares dropping all the time, the server would just die in a month, with no form of trade happening at all. I think alot of the bosses dropped very well as it was, people were just fkin lazy. Make alot more cash drop if anything

Level 500 chars or rebirth at level 200?
Rebirth at level 140 I would say, if the exp was to stay as it was. I really didnt have a problem with the exp structure. It just needs to be straightened out a little

1000 pk point for pk'ing or 10 points.
10 pk points definitely. One of the main reasons I liked this server was because of the rivalries!

Drop half your kit on death, or non of it!!!
Maybe a little bit higher drop rate then on HR

These are the sort of things i need to know to make the server extreme.

rebirth at level 100 no choice you have to do it.

make items force choices in your game play, some have defence some have attack (sc dc md) some have both but not VERY high amounts of each.

if there is going to be high pk points make ther a town that has no guards or anything but make it a safezone so pk'ers can go afk and visit tm and shop etc

Yeh lol voodoo kit had either loads DC/mc/sc or high ac amc or a bit of both >.<

Infact most items are like that apart from the very top end items like devil/god/lord items on HR and even then they concentrated more on different stats I think

Agreed with Neo, things were on the right track, just needed more time and attention, as well as minor modifications to various levelling spots to make it do-able after PT/PSC/PC without needing a lot of Ada gear or donating for some form of ac/amc.
